Brûleurs de Gommes – Edition #3 Spa Francorchamps

Brûleurs de Gommes is a well established community of car enthusiasts  in Belgium.

They have organised several editions in Belgium but I have never managed to attend one until this year, and boy it was awesome.

This year’s event was held at Spa Francorchamps, one of the most beautiful tracks in the world, participants had the chance to go on the racetrack in their own cars or being passengers in track ready cars. Some special cars, like the ones from the Fast & Furious franchise were also available for visitors to do a lap with in.

Since I had a long drive ahead of me , I left about 6 a.m. to get there at around 8 a.m. so I can get some sweet shots , and I wasn’t disappointed.

 

Throughout the day participants had the chance to meet some known Youtubers like POG or even Akira Nakai of RWB.

 

 

The event had cars from all the categories, stance, drift cars, insane car projects, super cars, track cars or even custom made cars, it just managed to gather everyone sharing the same passion in one spot. The car that really got my attention was the carbon fiber M3 E46 from Kean Suspensions.`

 

 

I don’t know the exact numbers of participants that day, but when I left there was still a queue outside the track to enter, amazing.

 

 

I hope the next event they plan will be as amazing or better than this year.
